Chinese toddler Yueyue run over by two vehicles, ignored by all but one trash collector!

What in the world is wrong with these people? How could anyone walk by a child who has been run over by a car? I can not wrap my mind around how anyone could walk by a child who was lying in the street dying. I know that all over the world children are killed or dye from neglect each day, and it breaks my heart. There is no excuse for it. And shame on China for having such a diminished view of children and women. It makes me even more glad that I'm not God... it's not my place to judge.
